Privacy Policy

Affiliate Play (“we”, “us”) operates affiliateplay.whop.site and the Affiliate Play community. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it. The short version: we collect your email and your quiz answers so we can send you access and tailor what you see. We don't sell your data.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you complete the intake quiz you provide an email address and your answers to seven questions about your experience level, traffic sources, budget, available time, mindset, biggest blocker, and goals. If you contact us, we keep that correspondence.

Information collected automatically. Like most sites, we receive standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and the referring page. We also record events on the site such as which buttons you click, quiz progress, and whether you submitted the form.

How we use it

• To send you the access link to the community you requested.
• To personalize the first experiment, onboarding, and emails you receive based on your quiz answers.
• To send you emails about Affiliate Play, offers we are testing, and related content. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
• To understand how the site is used and improve it.
• To measure and run advertising for Affiliate Play.
• To prevent abuse and comply with legal obligations.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run the site. They process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

• Kit (kit.com) stores your email and quiz answers and sends our emails.
• Whop hosts this site and the community, and provides analytics on site activity.
• Vidalytics hosts the video on our homepage and reports viewing analytics.
• Cloudflare delivers the site and protects it from abuse.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or as part of a business transfer. We do not sell personal information.

Cookies and tracking

The site and the embedded video player may set cookies or use similar technologies to remember your session, measure engagement, and attribute signups to ads. You can block cookies in your browser settings. Some features may not work without them.

How long we keep it

We keep your email and quiz answers for as long as you remain subscribed or a member, and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping. Unsubscribing stops marketing emails. You can ask us to delete your data entirely at any time.

Your choices and rights

• Unsubscribe from emails using the link in any message.
• Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct or delete it.
• Object to or restrict certain processing where the law provides for it.

Depending on where you live, including the EU, UK, and California, you may have additional rights. To exercise any of them, message us on X at @WiFiMoneyGuy. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.

Security

We use reputable providers and reasonable technical measures to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

The site is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

International transfers

We are based in the United States and our providers may process data there or in other countries. By using the site you understand your information may be transferred to and processed in countries with different data protection laws than your own.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top tells you when it last changed. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
